Dairy Recipe - Banana Smoothie

Do you like to workout? Then the banana smoothie is a great choice. From our Global Communicators Manager for Farm Animal Products, Janice Chow.
- 1 ripe banana, sectioned
- ½ cup natural yoghurt
- ½ cup milk (for a thicker smoothie, reduce the amount of milk to ¼ cup)
- Optional: A dash of cocoa or cinnamon powder for sprinkling
- Place banana, yoghurt and milk in a suitable (tall) tumbler
- Blend contents with a stabmixer until smooth
- Pour contents into a glass
- Sprinkle a dash of cocoa or cinnamon powder over the top if desired
Enjoy your smoothie immediately.
