Dairy Recipe - Banana Smoothie

Do you like to workout? Then the banana smoothie is a great choice. From our Global Communicators Manager for Farm Animal Products, Janice Chow.



  • 1 ripe banana, sectioned
  • ½ cup natural yoghurt
  • ½ cup milk (for a thicker smoothie, reduce the amount of milk to ¼ cup)
  • Optional: A dash of cocoa or cinnamon powder for sprinkling



  • Place banana, yoghurt and milk in a suitable (tall) tumbler
  • Blend contents with a stabmixer until smooth
  • Pour contents into a glass
  • Sprinkle a dash of cocoa or cinnamon powder over the top if desired


Enjoy your smoothie immediately.
